Employees Education and Development in the Company of Česká Zbrojovka Uherský Brod.

This thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company Česká zbrojovka a. s., Uherský Brod. Educated workers form the key to the successful running of the organization. The main aim of the thesis is based on implemented analysis of existing state of the education system of the company propose desirable changes to this system to support the further successful development of the employees and the company as a whole. The work is divided into four parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the system of staff training and development. The second part consists of methodologies. The third part of the analysis in this section is an analysis of the current educational system of the company. The fourth section contains suggestions for improving this system.
Professional development of human resources in selected organisation

This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, a qualitative method was chosen, and a case study was chosen as the research design. This thesis with title "Children's Group - Benefit for both, Parents & Child in the age of two up to three years" deals with nowadays actual social topic, which is placement of children of early age to outside-family institutions. The thesis is divided into two parts. The main task of the first, theoretic part, is to gather and work with all information, which might be used for the topic of work and which might be found in all available literature. The attention is focused onto family with a small child, on current form of such a family and factors, which influence education of the child and its involvement into the society. This part deals also in a detailed way with all family members. With a child, with its needs and possibilities of meeting those needs. It deals also with roles of mother and father, who together and responsibly approach to the education of the child and who, at a same time, try to combine family and career life in the most appropriate way. Sex Education at Schools in Czech Republic Previously and Nowadays

This thesis focuses on the development of sex education in schools in the Czech Republic since the early twentieth century to the present. The first part is devoted to the definition of sex education and its goals, principles, concepts and purpose. Another chapter describes the evolution of sex education in our country during the twentieth century. For this historic probe, theoretical materials about methods for the current time period were used. Next chapter deals with the current state of sex education. It offers an overview of actual approaches, trends and researches. Comprehensive view of sex education provides a chapter about actual situation of sex education in other European countries. The research proposal, which focuses on the effectiveness of systematic sex education, is included (in the final part of) this bachelor thesis. Development of soft skills trainers competencies: creating educational concepts

This thesis is devoted to the theme of the development of competencies of soft skills trainers. A special attention has been paid to the various roles that a trainer has when performing his/her job and the related competencies that are essential for high-quality mastering of this profession. The focal points are the possibilities of development of trainers' teaching competence within formal and informal education that a trainer has during preparatory as well as further education of trainers with special emphasis on the methods that can be employed to achieve this education. The empiric part of this thesis maps the ways of acquiring trainer's competencies as they occur in practice, their connection with further professional development. At the same time it verifies the suitability of the methods that are used to develop competencies. Based on the analysis of information provided by the respondents and study of relevant literature, a methodological concept of education of a trainer has been developed.
Educational values from the perspectives of preschool teachers

Values and their role in preschool education are the main topic of this diploma thesis. The mail aim is to find the answer to the question what kind of educational values nursery teachers consider to be the most important ones from their point of view concerning the curricula. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis I describe values from different perspectives: from philosophical, psychological, sociological and pedagogical perspective which is the most important ones. It is examined how values are connected with and grounded in the binding document "Framework educational programme for preschool education", I also focus on ethical principles of preschool teachers which should be followed and I describe the influence of values on shaping of children's behaviour. In the empirical part I introduce research information, data collections and data analysis and main results. The most important values from preschool teacher's point of view can be divided into three groups: moral values, values connected with relationships and values connected with skills. Analysis of the management system of continuing professional education in health care

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of further professional education management monitoring the process of adaptation of employees - nurses from Ukraine in Thomayer Hospital. Thomayer Hospital is directly run by the Ministry of Health and is a state health facility. There is a great deal of emphasis on employee education, so there is a trend to have education centers in hospitals that serve to prepare graduates or other employees for a successful career in their chosen field. It is possible to deepen the knowledge and skills of lifelong learning and now also serves to educate nurses from Ukraine. The lack of nurses is a hot topic today and the change in education has not solved this critical situation. One way to tackle the critical lack of nurses is to find them in countries with similar cultures and languages. One of these countries is Ukraine, which is geographically close. The Ministry of Health was involved in the project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade "Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from Ukraine." In the project, 15 health service providers from the Czech Republic were successfully included in the project, including Thomayer Hospital, where the lack of staff is needed. This diploma thesis deals with the strategic approach to employee training in an organization providing consultancy in the field of technical engineering and technical and economic consulting. Employee education and development is managed by a parent company based in the UK, and the company, aware of the achievement of the organization's strategy and vision, places a lot of emphasis on education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the employee training strategy as one of the personnel activities leading to increasing the competitiveness of the organization and gaining a competitive advantage in the market. Understanding the importance of employees training is one of the basic aspects of an efficient organization and a well-defined strategy along with the HR strategy and, last but not least, the corporate education strategy leads to satisfaction both on the part of the organization and on the human resources side.
